I have only used Abacus once for a motorhome and was delighted by not only what's included in within the hire but also with the level of service afforded me.
So I booked again to go to a large cycle event. However, due to Covid had to ask to defer the booking for a year - Steve the manager did this straight away. Unfortunately due to the everchanging Covid landscape I have had to ask if they could move my booking a further 2 times! Although embarrassed to ask, each time it has been changed without question and with empathy for my situation.

I am really impressed, thankful and look forward to eventually getting away ... NEXT June :)

Amazed at the huge selection and variety of motorhomes here, both to rent and to sell. John and Greg were fab at answering ques as I am quite technical. Can't wait to collect my MH on Friday in time for Xmas!

A lovely company

We had dealings with their sales team. We were very impressed with their knowledge. Nothing too much trouble. Although we did not end up buying from them, I could not imagine a more pleasant, honest and engaging experience. Would recommend them as a highly principled operation to anyone.

Thank you so much to H & Paul for all your help and support. A difficult problem to diagnose especially at distance but with H either on video or in the workshop it has been promptly resolved. We are pleased that we know you are there and highly recommend Abacus Motorhomes.

Their customer service could not be better. We were considering changing our car for a campervan to tow our caravan with. John and Emma invesigated all the options and found the key information we needed to help identify the models which would work for us. There was no pressure and even when we decided that we weren't going to go ahead (too many compromises for us right now) they were still friendly and helpful. When the time is right we will definitely go back to Abacus.
