The team have been incredibly flexible and will always go the extra mile to accommodate any last min requests. When we have had any issues they always have someone one the other end of the phone.

We purchased a new Adria Twin motorhome from Abacus and the experience was excellent. From the first meeting John Lailey was friendly and helpful, never pushy and always happy to give advice and guidance at the ordering stage. We knew we would have a longish wait for a new van but we were kept informed along the way resulting in a very smooth process and easy handover. Emma Lailey is the sales administrator and was extremely efficient, proactive and helpful. The handover was by Jon Knights and again this was just right - all our questions answered and all the key elements explained clearly. Their customer service could not be better. We were considering changing our car for a campervan to tow our caravan with. John and Emma invesigated all the options and found the key information we needed to help identify the models which would work for us. There was no pressure and even when we decided that we weren't going to go ahead (too many compromises for us right now) they were still friendly and helpful. When the time is right we will definitely go back to Abacus.
