We knew we would have a longish wait for a new van but we were kept informed along the way resulting in a very smooth process and easy handover. Emma Lailey is the sales administrator and was extremely efficient, proactive and helpful. Their customer service could not be better. We were considering changing our car for a campervan to tow our caravan with. John and Emma invesigated all the options and found the key information we needed to help identify the models which would work for us. There was no pressure and even when we decided that we weren't going to go ahead (too many compromises for us right now) they were still friendly and helpful. When the time is right we will definitely go back to Abacus.
